We are seeking a proactive Branch & Sales Manager to lead our established team at our Fyfield branch in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership and customer-facing experience to drive performance, develop talent, and grow the branch. You will oversee daily operations across parts, service, sales, and administration while ensuring top-tier service for existing customers—and cultivating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations and ensure profitability across departments
- Motivate and manage a team spanning sales, service, parts, and admin
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance
