We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Automower Specialist/Technician to join our established team at our Colchester Branch in Essex. If you have a passion for innovation and enjoy working with smart, autonomous technology, this role is for you. Working with cutting-edge Husqvarna robotic mower systems (including Ceora and EPOS), you will be responsible for demonstration, installation, commissioning, and ongoing customer support across our professional groundcare network.
What You’ll Do:
- Demonstrate, install, and commission Husqvarna Automower products
- Diagnose and repair faults (including wired and EPOS units)
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and the Husqvarna specialist team
- Support Area Sales Managers with customer expectations and solutions
- Manage existing customer accounts and help grow brand loyalty
- Ensure all work is documented and completed to high standards
- Maintain a positive company image and attend required training
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with Automowers or horticultural machinery (preferred)
- Technical/mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to meet customer demands and work under pressure
