We’re looking for an experienced Agricultural Service Technician to join our friendly and established team at our Dartford Branch in Kent.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain equipment sold by our sales departments within the designated area.
- Lead and support apprentices, mentoring them and involving them in repairs suited to their skill level.
- Provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role (industry experience is a real advantage).
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills (warranty and chargeable).
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a team.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail when completing job cards and documentation.
- A positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- A willingness to mentor and support apprentices.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.

Additional Information
- Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period).
- Hours: 39 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm, Friday, 8am to 4pm (1-hour unpaid lunch). Overtime paid at time and a half (Monday-Friday) or double time (Sundays/Bank Holidays).
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, with a company vehicle and mobile phone provided.
