We’re looking for a full-time skilled Service Technician to join our established team at our Albourne branch, located near Hassocks, West Sussex. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for repairing and maintaining a wide range of equipment sold by our sales department. As an experienced Technician, you’ll also support and guide apprentices, helping them grow their skills while assisting you on jobs.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair machinery (warranty and chargeable work)
- Complete job cards and associated documentation accurately
- Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
- Lead by example, supporting apprentices in their development
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team
- Ensure health and safety standards are always followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven industry experience (preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and repair abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and physically fit
- Able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate
- Full, clean UK driving licence
