As a Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overall profitability, management, and efficient daily operations. Managing a team across parts, service, sales, and branch administration, you will promote and represent the business. You will provide the highest levels of service to existing customers and identify and nurture new prospects.
Good, sound knowledge of Agricultural and Horticultural equipment is desired. Excellent customer service skills both face-to-face and over the telephone. Target-driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets. Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative. Have influencing and persuading skills and be able to close deals. Full driving licence is required. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business. Strong leadership skills with the ability to act quickly and decisively. Take accountability for your own decisions. Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems. Possess good IT skills. Act with discretion when dealing with confidential matters. Able to work on your own initiative for improvements.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Job Location: Fyfield
Hours: 42.5 hours per week - 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch). Additional hours may be required during seasonal peaks, e.g., Harvest.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus a company vehicle and bonus.
