Senior Lettings Consultant – Canary Wharf
We are expanding and looking for a passionate, experienced individual to join our dynamic and vibrant Canary Wharf office. Due to consistently high business volumes, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a career-focused professional to join our Canary Wharf Lettings team.

- Uncapped Commission

- 22 Days Paid Holiday (increases by 1 day for each year of continuous service, up to 28 days)

- Industry Qualification Support (Paid exam courses: ARLA & NAEA)
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Lettings & Property Services
- A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
- Proactive and adaptable approach to workload
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional service standards and professional presentation
- Confident, articulate, and highly self-motivated personality
- Good understanding of property investment calculations (yields, interest cover, LTV, etc.)
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Experienced sales background with a history of success
- Highly target-driven with a strategic, results-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to generate ideas and take initiative
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
