We’re growing and looking for a passionate, experienced individual to join our dynamic and vibrant office. Due to consistent high volumes of business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a career-focused individual to join the Canary Wharf Sales team.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our flagship office located in desirable Canary Wharf.

About the Role

  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to buyer enquiries, providing detailed information about properties, pricing, and purchase processes
  • Conducting Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently
  • Negotiation: Negotiate sale prices, offers, and terms between buyers and vendors, ensuring the best outcome for all parties
  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Marketing: Use multiple marketing strategies to promote properties, including property portals, social media, company website, and database targeting
  • Compliance: Ensure all property listings and sales activities comply with current legislation, Money Laundering Regulations, and company policies
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately maintain property listings, client information, sales progression records, and relevant documentation

Qualifications

  • A high level of proficiency with MS Office programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A proven track record in property sales and meeting sales targets
  • Proactive, confident, and tenacious, with a results-driven mindset
  • The ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Excellent service standards and professional presentation
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good understanding of property investment principles (yields, capital growth, LTV, etc.)
  • Self-motivation and initiative — comfortable working independently
  • The ability to contribute ideas and initiatives for market growth and sales strategy
  • A professional, enthusiastic, and client-focused attitude

Pay range and compensation package

  • Uncapped Commission
  • Business travel expenses paid
  • 22 days paid holiday (increasing by 1 day for every year’s continuous service up to 28 days)
  • Paid exam courses (NAEA & other relevant industry qualifications)
