Role Overview
We are expanding and seeking a driven, hands-on Assistant Lettings Manager to work directly under the Lettings Director. This is a performance-focused role centred around portfolio control, pricing discipline, stock movement and team leadership. You will not be responsible for ongoing landlord relationship ownership, but you will be accountable for ensuring properties are launched correctly, priced accurately and let as quickly as possible. You will manage a team, oversee a live portfolio, introduce a small number of new landlord instructions each month, and personally ensure stock converts to let agreed status efficiently. Experience using Reapit is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the active lettings portfolio to ensure all properties are priced correctly and positioned to let quickly
- Ensure all listings are launched to a high standard with accurate pricing, strong copy, quality media and correct portal exposure
- Monitor daily enquiry levels, viewing numbers and feedback to identify pricing or marketing adjustments
- Conduct pricing reviews at key intervals and implement adjustments swiftly to reduce days on market
- Lead and manage the lettings team with clear activity targets and performance accountability
- Drive team motivation through daily structure, pipeline reviews and KPI tracking
- Introduce a small, consistent number of new landlord instructions per month
- Personally contribute to letting stock and converting instructions to let agreed
- Ensure CRM accuracy and reporting via Reapit
- Maintain clear internal reporting to the Lettings Director on stock levels, void periods and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Proven experience in London residential lettings

- Track record of converting stock efficiently
- Comfortable working in a structured KPI-driven environment
- High attention to detail in CRM management, ideally Reapit
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised and commercially minded
