A close knit high-end residential consultancy based in South London is searching for a highly professional Associate Director with high end residential and construction consultancy experience.
The Associate Director will be joining an experienced project management team that is well known for delivering high value projects within the high-end residential sector with project values ranging from £15m-£600m.
The Associate Director will be confident at providing leadership and direction to a growing project management team and will be overseeing the delivery of projects within the high end residential sector. The projects will range from new build developments, refurbishments to existing high end residential homes and alterations to existing estates.
The Associate Director will be expected to be in the office/onsite four days per week and can work from home once a week.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
- Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
- Providing support and mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
- Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly
- Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
- Arranging meetings with clients
- Ensuring all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
Associate Director requirements:
- Previous experience working at a UK consultancy
- High-end residential sector experience
- A Full Member of RICS (MRICS)
- BSc/MSc Project Management
- Pre and post contract experience
- Confident at managing schemes simultaneously
- Previous experience leading a team
- Client facing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
