A growing, forward-thinking construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Warrington.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established and growing Quantity Surveying team, working across a diverse range of construction projects throughout the North West.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a range of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services, including cost planning, estimating, procurement, commercial management, cost reporting and final accounts.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad variety of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and building strong client relationships, while still benefiting from an experienced and collaborative team.
The role would suit someone looking to join a growing consultancy where they can play a genuine part in the continued development of the business.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
- Strong Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
- Experience across both pre and post contract services
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Hard-working, proactive and ambitious
