An award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Site Manager to run their Commercial and Leisure fit out projects. The Site Manager will be needed to visit sites across the Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset regions. – all travel expenses paid for. You are likely to be working on schemes along the M3, M27, A3 and M4. The role of the Site Manager. The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Site Manager being a key member of the delivery team. You will be working on Commercial CAT A&B projects, ranging in value from £500K – £5M. A strong construction understanding will be expected from the Site Manager. Key duties will include; Managing multiple projects at one time Communicating with multiple sub contractors, clients and stakeholders Ensure the Site Managers are supported and delivering H&S standards Ensure the programme is running on time and in budget Take a positive approach to the communication with the on site team You will be supported by the Construction Director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly.
