A small but well established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their supportive team, based in Central London, Shoreditch.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

You will be joining a small but well established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who work in a range of sectors across London and the Southeast. They are currently a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors and don\’t have massive growth plans.

As a company, they cover a wide range of projects including Education, Commercial, Heritage, Hotels, and Residential. However, you will be coming in to take on a majority of commercial fit out projects, both CAT A & B and Cut & Carve and New Build.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be managing multiple projects at once, looking after them from concept to completion. You will also be supporting the more junior members of staff on site and back in the office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Ideally experience working on Commercial fit out projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Excellent attitude and team player
  • Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues
