A forward-thinking, sustainability conscious Building Consultancy are on the hunt for a new Senior Building Surveyor, to join their London Waterloo Building Surveyor team. Flexible/hybrid working is offered. The Senior Building Surveyor will be working alongside a myriad of key clients within Real Estate, Commercial and further residential. The Senior Building Surveyor Role You will be working on Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Contract Administration and Project Management responsibilities across schemes within the M25. The Senior Building Surveyor role offers a balanced workload, with both project and professional services. You will act as a contract administrator on projects with budgets up to £20m.
