A well respected and growing Fit Out contractor are now looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their ambitious team in St Pauls, London. The Senior Commercial Manager should be keen to work on high quality fit out related works, within a fast track environment. This role will offer hybrid working.
The successful Senior Commercial Manager will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in 2026, which the Senior Commercial Manager will be a vital part of. Projects the Senior Commercial Manager can expect to work on will be within the Commercial, Leisure and Residential sectors, with contracts ranging from £600K right through to their largest of £25M.
A strong background as a Quantity Surveyor is expected. The Senior Commercial Manager will be dealing with Pre-Construction, tendering and delivery and will have strong contractual and payment knowledge to support this. You will be working closely with the director and collaborating together.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in a Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management position
- Experience with a variety of contracts (JCT, D&B, NEC)
- Experience with Fit Out projects (quite important)
- Ideally experience with supporting and managing younger colleagues
- Experience with contracts from £650K - £25M
