I am working with a well-established Consultancy based in Fitzrovia, who are searching for a professional, client-facing Senior Project Manager that has strong exposure to delivering schemes from Inception-Completion in the commercial office, high end residential and hospitality sector.
The Senior Project Manager will be joining a globally recognised Consultancy that have 6+ offices in the UK and are renowned for delivering exceptional schemes in the high end residential, commercial office and hospitality sector. The Senior Project Manager will be comfortable providing mentorship towards junior Project Managers and delivering projects with contract values up to £45m.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish in the Commercial office, high end residential and hospitality sectors. The Senior Project Manager will be collaborating with an experienced Associate Director, but the Senior Project Manager will be given the responsibility of supporting junior members of the Project Management team on a day-to-day basis if any problems occur.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
- Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
- Providing support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
- Reporting progress on projects to the Associate Director
- Supporting the Project Managers with reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
- Arranging meetings with clients and attending these
- Ensuring all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
Senior Project Manager requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Consultancy
- Experience delivering schemes in the commercial office, high end residential and hospitality sectors
- MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
- BSc/MSc Project Management
- Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
