An established High End Fit Out company are now looking for a reliable and hands on Construction Manager, who brings a great understanding of the construction fit-out market to start in February. With your projects being across London, you the Construction Manager will immediately work on a mixed use project, consisting of a manor house, leisure facilities and office space. The first project for the Construction Manager will be in North London.

The Construction Manager's Role

  • Support with Retail and Commercial divisions, working on shopfitting and CAT B fit out projects.
  • Be supported by Project Managers and a Construction Director.
  • Training will be provided from day one.
  • Bring a collaborative and positive attitude towards delivering an on time and within budget project.

Requirements

  • Evidence of working within a Fit Out environment.
  • Evidence of ensuring a safe environment for site personnel.
  • Residential, Leisure and Office project experience.
  • Quick access into London.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Looking for a permanent position.
  • Provide a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent organisational & team management skills.
  • Good computer skills.
