An established High End Fit Out company are now looking for a reliable and hands on Construction Manager, who brings a great understanding of the construction fit-out market to start in February. With your projects being across London, you the Construction Manager will immediately work on a mixed use project, consisting of a manor house, leisure facilities and office space. The first project for the Construction Manager will be in North London.
The Construction Manager's Role
- Support with Retail and Commercial divisions, working on shopfitting and CAT B fit out projects.
- Be supported by Project Managers and a Construction Director.
- Training will be provided from day one.
- Bring a collaborative and positive attitude towards delivering an on time and within budget project.
Requirements
- Evidence of working within a Fit Out environment.
- Evidence of ensuring a safe environment for site personnel.
- Residential, Leisure and Office project experience.
- Quick access into London.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Looking for a permanent position.
- Provide a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organisational & team management skills.
- Good computer skills.
