An independent construction consultancy based in Leicester Square is searching for a professional and commercially aware Senior Project Manager that brings consultancy experience and strong exposure to delivering the whole lifecycle of hotel projects.
The Senior Project Manager will be joining a small and close-knit consultancy that has built a reputation for delivering excellent schemes in the hotel sector. The Senior Project Manager will be running multiple programmes of works which include new build, refurbishment and fit outs with contract values up to £50m.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start to finish, whilst providing support to junior members of the project management division. The Senior Project Manager will be working alongside the Project Director and an Associate Director, but will be given the responsibility of supporting the junior team which includes 1x Assistant Project Manager and 2x Project Managers.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
- Communicating with external parties such as contractors and subcontractors
- Providing support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
