Based in the heart of London, an award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Fit Out Project Manager to run their commercial/workspace projects. The Fit Out Project Manager will be working on CAT A&B projects with values from £1M - £15M. The role of the Fit Out Project Manager involves joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, with the Fit Out Project Manager being a key member of the delivery team.
You will be working on fast track and long length schemes, ranging in value from £1M - £15M. A strong construction understanding will be expected, within the Commercial/Office/Workspace. You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly.
The requirements:
- Clear evidence of a Fit Out Project Manager background
- Ideally Commercial / Offices
- 5+ years in the Project Management world
- Contract handling of between £1m - £15M
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Looking for a permanent position
- Provide a hands-on approach
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
