A very well thought of High End residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team. The Estimator will be joining a supportive culture with an established business. This is an incredible opportunity for either someone who wants to build their skill set and learn hands on with a Director of a successful main contractor or someone who feels they can add value and help push a business that is already winning to new heights.

The Estimator will join a company who have an impressive run of work ahead of them and also a healthy number of enquiries - all prime refurbishments and one off bespoke new builds within London, Surrey and the South East. Their current projects are a combination of ultra modern bespoke one off new builds or residential refurbishments in London.

The company has a 15+ strong team and turnover £12 Million+. They are a smaller incredible dynamic team with the ability to be agile. Solid financials and proper job security. They are well established, deliver projects from £1 - £8 million, have great relationships within their supply chain and deliver a fantastic end product.
