A Design Manager, who has exposure to High-End Residential, is now needed to join a Modern, People orientated and forward thinking High-End Residential Main Contractor. The Design Manager will be based either in Surrey or London or a combination of the two - whichever is preferred.
The successful Design Manager will immediately jump onto High-End Residential projects from £2 - £10 million, operating across London. With nearly 40 members of staff, this forward-thinking Main Contractor now needs an experienced Design Manager who can operate across multiple projects and create relationships that are long lasting whilst engaging very collaboratively with the current team.
Projects will consist of High-End Residential refurbishments with values of £1m up to £12m. If you are an existing Design Manager or an experienced Architect with High-End Residential experience, this role and company will support you immensely.
- Clear Design Management background
- Construction industry High-End Residential Experience
- Relevant design/architectural degree preferred
- Architectural background is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively
