A well thought of High End residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team. The Estimator will be joining a supportive culture with an established business - this is the perfect opportunity for an Estimator, who wants to make an impact and help build on continued growth whilst being involved in some fantastic projects across London.

The Estimator will join a company who have an impressive run of work ahead of them and also a healthy number of enquiries - all prime refurbishments and one off bespoke new builds within London. They also have a really unique supply of work, which forms their bread and butter work and ensures consistent work for their team. They are a growing firm, who currently turnover around £10 million. It’s an incredibly laid back, friendly and progressive environment. They deliver a fantastic product with a very competent and happy family of subcontractors. Typical projects are from £1 - £5 million.

The successful Estimator will be the core estimating function of the business working closely with the quantity surveyors and project managers. You’ll also benefit from working closely with the director of the business eventually and build your team as the company grows. For this role, you’ll have a background in High End / Prime Residential markets - it’s essential. Ideally, be an ambitious estimator who wants to grow a function of a business and become part of their thriving team.

Qualifications:

  • Prime / High end residential experience
  • A solid track record of accuracy + work winning ability
  • Excellent organisational & team management skills
  • Good IT skills
