A well established and well-known Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive range of residential and commercial projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions, to join their Cambridge office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a variety of residential projects, refurbishments and new build and also working on commercial fit out projects across Cambridge. The team are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has good pre contract experience and is eager to take on projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Preferably MRICS
  • Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar (if not MRICS)
  • Residential experience
  • Current or recent PQS / Cost Management experience
  • Pre contract knowledge
  • Client facing
