Are you an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor, looking for support to become MRICS?
Whilst working towards your APC/chartership, the Assistant Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects across both residential and commercial properties.
A leading property and construction consultancy, known for delivering high-quality building surveying services to a diverse portfolio of clients, is now looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their South London office.
The role
They work across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation surveys, and residential surveys, as well as providing support in project management on a variety of projects.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate management
- 12 months experience as a minimum
- Consultancy background would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- RICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plus
