A multidisciplinary and innovative consultancy are looking to add a hard-working Quantity Surveyor to their team in Surrey near Guildford, to work on residential projects.
The Quantity Surveyor's role involves working closely with the Director, taking the lead on residential projects across London and the Southeast with project values from £3m - £70m. These will include PBSA, new build homes, later living, and cladding remediation.
If you are keen to get your APC, you would have incredible support here with an in-house mentor/councillor to help you achieve MRICS!
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Ideally residential experience
- Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
