A small but well-established construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Tower Hill.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role involves covering projects all over London and the southeast of England, delivering a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Retail, and Life sciences. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be running an office extension and fit-out scheme in London and a new build Student Accommodation project. They will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
