The Commercial Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new build bespoke houses. Commercial Manager Role
You will take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 5 quantity surveyors and an assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss, and supporting the new generation. Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East has to offer.
Commercial Manager - Requirements
- 5 years + Experience
- Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property
- Experience of working for a main contractor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The desire to lead and build teams
