A leading building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and Hertfordshire is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Manager to join their team. The Commercial Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new build bespoke houses. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specialises in prime residential refurbishments and new builds and has recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £40 million and have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work. Commercial Manager Role

You will take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 5 quantity surveyors and an assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss, and supporting the new generation. Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East has to offer.

Commercial Manager - Requirements

  • 5 years + Experience
  • Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property
  • Experience of working for a main contractor
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The desire to lead and build teams
