A close knit and progressive construction consultancy are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their growing Quantity Surveying team in Central London, Fenchurch Street.
The Quantity Surveyor's role involves covering a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Life Sciences, Hotel and Student accommodation. The Quantity Surveyor will jump straight on a commercial CAT A fit out project and a new build residential project, running projects from concept to completion and managing a few junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Ideally experience within the commercial or residential sector
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
