The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small multi-disciplinary consultancy that have a team of 6 Quantity Surveyors, who complete projects in and around London.
As a company they cover Prime and Super Prime Residential, Commercial Fit out and Hospitality projects. You will preferably join with High End Resi experience and support in Delivering their Luxury home and Country Home projects, ranging between £4M – £50M.
You will be running projects from concept to completion using pre and post contract skills and you will also be supporting, mentoring and helping to develop the junior staff on site.
