An established, medium sized multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy with 3+ offices in London and Southeast is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead projects within their Project Management team based in Farnborough.

The Project Manager will be joining an experienced Consultancy and will have the opportunity to play a vital role in the delivery of Projects from Inception to Completion. The Consultancy consists of a team of 30+ employees based across the country including the South, London and Home Counties. With a strong presence within the industry, the Project Manager will drive forward the delivery of various Projects in sectors such as Residential, Education and Aviation. The type of Projects will vary from the delivery of new buildings, remedial works and refurbishment projects.

The Project Manager will be given the opportunity to successfully deliver projects within both Residential and Aviation sectors from design to completion phase. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing Assistant and Project Managers, along with external parties such as Contractors and reporting to stakeholders with updates on the Project timelines.

Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Lead Projects from Design to Completion phase.
  • Conduct site surveys, risk assessments and report findings.
  • Manage internal staff and external parties to ensure the Project drives forward.
  • Stakeholder management and reporting.
  • Identify any issues within a Project and form a resolution.

Project Manager requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Construction Consultancy industry.
  • Experience within Residential, Education or Aviation would be preferred.
  • MAPM/MRICS qualification would be helpful.
  • Strong knowledge of the Project Management process.
  • Determined individual that is eager to win Projects.
