A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy focusing on public sector projects is looking to add a hard-working Quantity Surveyor to their team near London Bridge station, London.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working closely with an Associate QS and Director, the new Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on public sector projects, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team. Sectors include residential, education, blue light, healthcare and commercial. As well as being involved in project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring/management and undertaking client facing roles.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Public sector experience would be ideal
- Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
