Quantity Surveyor – Soho, London
A growing independent project and cost management consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from concept to completion, covering sectors such as Commercial Office, Life Sciences, Mixed Use, Student Accommodation, Hospitality and Leisure, and Residential.

Quantity Surveyor Role
You will be responsible for running projects through both pre and post contract stages. The role is hands-on, requiring the successful candidate to hit the ground running in a collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing project budgets and forecasts
- Preparing and reviewing tender documentation
- Carrying out cost planning and reporting
- Attending client meetings
- Overseeing contract administration
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms
The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS
- Experience within the built environment
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
