Quantity Surveyor – Southwest London An award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy with offices across the country, are looking to add an ambitious and personable Quantity Surveyor to their team in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on various projects from £1m to £25m, from concept to completion, contributing to both pre- and post-contract duties. The Quantity Surveyor will be offered hybrid working. The Company The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized dynamic consultancy who have a drive for growth over the next year or so as they have a strong pipeline of work. Currently a team of 200 people made up of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Building Surveyors, Architects, Principal Designers and Interior Designers but the QS would be joining a team of 30 in the Surrey office. As a company they cover a range of projects including Education, Healthcare Residential, Retail, Leisure and Commercial. Quantity Surveyor Role The Quantity Surveyor will be working on primarily Healthcare (private and public), Higher education and Retail projects ranging from £1m – £25m As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
