A close knit and progressive construction consultancy are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their growing Quantity Surveying team in Central London, Fenchurch Street.
The Quantity Surveyor's role involves covering a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Life Sciences, Hotel and Student accommodation. The Quantity Surveyor will come in and jump straight on a commercial CAT A fit out project and a new build residential project. They will be running projects from concept to completion and will also be managing a few junior members of the team.
The Quantity Surveyor should have:
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Ideally experience within the commercial or residential sector
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
