A modern, forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London.

The Project Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a well-known, London-based multi-disciplinary SME that work across three core areas; residential development, private residential and commercial.

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the senior team to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through to completion. You'll support the delivery of large-scale projects while independently managing smaller schemes, providing both pre and post contract services.

This role would suit an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor who's keen to take on more responsibility and develop your experience within a progressive consultancy.

The Project Quantity Surveyors Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 5+ years of experience within a consultancy environment
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards APC completion
  • Experience across residential development, private residential and/or commercial sectors is beneficial but not essential
  • Ambitious, confident and eager to develop your career
  • Experience managing projects independently is desirable not essential
