A successful, growing, high-end refurbishment and commercial new build main contractor are seeking a Project Manager to help deliver across a few of their schemes. The Project Manager will work alongside a team that have delivered some fantastic projects across the high-end residential and commercial world.
The Company
They are a company that prides itself on their culture - high quality, respected and delivering a fantastic product. Currently project values max out at around £5 million. Their current turnover sits around £5 million, with a solid tenure of their current team and being based in Surrey gives them an ideal location to split between London and South East work. They are a small intimate team - everyone mucks in but the goal and vision remains the same. Everyone pulls in the same direction together.
The Project Manager role
High-end residential/commercial experience is necessary. The Project Manager will be looking after a couple of projects, the respective site managers, leading professional relationships, managing the oversight of the project, information and programme. You’ll be managing 2 to a maximum of 3 projects - typically high-end refurbishments, but it could also be an extension to a school/new build apartments so having experience of both disciplines would be beneficial. You’ll be reporting directly to the two directors and will receive ongoing support and direction from them. It’s a role that as the company grows you’ll grow with it; their aim is to double in turnover over the next few years.
