Project Manager

A well-respected Construction Consultancy are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their supportive team in Monument. The Project Manager will be joining an established Consultancy, founded over 30+ years ago, that are known for delivering high class Projects of all types and Contract values ranging from £250k-10m within the Retail, Education, Residential, Commercial and Health sectors. The Company that the Project Manager will work for: A Project Manager will be joining an award winning Consultancy that have 5+ offices across the UK and offer a tailored, specialist service whilst delivering their Projects. The Project Manager will be required to oversee the delivery of Projects such as Fit Out/Refurbishments and New Builds across the UK for the likes of Primark and well renowned supermarket brands. Project Manager Role: The Project Manager will have a wealth of experience and ideally a technical background such as Chartership enabling them to oversee different types of Projects for well-known brands from Inception-Completion. You will be responsible for: – Planning and managing project timelines – Overseeing site activities and ensuring they comply with health and safety compliance – Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers – Budget management and cost control – Attending client meetings to provide project updates – Quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle The Project Manager Requirements: – Experience within the retail sector is preferred – Knowledge of new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects – Chartered status is highly desirable – Strong leadership and communication skills In return: Competitive salary package of £60,000 + annual leave 10-12% bonus Pension scheme available Hybrid approach offered Travel allowance for site visits offered Quarterly company eventsIf you are Project Manager looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
