A modern, fast-growing Construction Consultancy based near Gillingham are looking for a client-facing and passionate Project Manager with previous Consultancy experience to join their growing, dynamic team and support delivery of projects in the Industrial, Manufacturing and Education sector. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a sociable Consultancy who are focused on successfully delivering high quality schemes for their clients, which include New Builds, Refurbishments and Fire Safety Remedial work. The Project Manager will be delivering schemes with Contract Values up to £20m sector across London and the Southeast. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the full lifecycle of various projects from start-finish. The Project Manager will provide support towards any challenges faced during the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also play a key role in providing support/mentorship to Assistant Project Managers to allow them to grow their skillset. You will be responsible for: Supporting the delivery of current schemes in Industrial, Manufacturing and Education sector Working closely with Assistant and Senior Project Managers throughout all stages of projects Report to Senior Project Managers on a weekly basis with progress updates Support the review of project costs to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Set up and attend client meetings with Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors and Project Director Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: Previous experience working at a Consultancy Knowledge of the Industrial, Manufacturing or Education sector would be helpful MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry Commutable to Kent Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £60,000-£70,000 per annum salary package 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Hybrid offered Travel to site covered 10% pension contribution Sociable company Quarterly company event daysIf you are a Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a close-knit Consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
