A leading multi-disciplinary building consultancy are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team in Bristol.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join an established Building Consultancy team, working across a varied portfolio of projects and instructions throughout Bristol and the South West. The consultancy has a long-standing reputation within the built environment and operates across a broad range of sectors, including residential, education, civic and community, commercial, universities and leisure.

Their Building Surveying team provides a comprehensive range of services, from building and condition surveys through to dilapidations, party wall matters, contract administration and project delivery.

As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a varied workload, working closely with clients from initial instruction through to completion. You'll be involved in both professional and project-based work, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad and interesting portfolio. This role would suit an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who is looking for a varied role, enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop their career within an established consultancy with a strong reputation across the industry.

The Senior Building Surveyors Requirements

  • A degree in Building Surveying MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Strong Building Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
