A close-knit cost and project management consultancy are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor will come in and work alongside the Director, running projects across the Hotel, Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team.
As well as being involved in project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring/management and undertaking client facing roles.
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- 7 or more years Quantity Surveying experience
- Pre and post contract knowledge and experience
- Hybrid working
- 26 days annual leave
