The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:- Projects range from £2 million to £16 million.
- Cost Reporting
- Tender and contract documents
- CVR's
- Bills of Quants
- Attend professional and client meetings
- Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
- Mitigate commercial risks
- 5 years + Experience
- Ideally you will have experience of High End Residential / Prime / Super prime property.
