A modern, forward-thinking construction consultancy are looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.

The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique consultancy that predominantly works across the education and healthcare sectors, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across London. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for projects independently, with the opportunity to manage multiple schemes simultaneously and be involved throughout the full project lifecycle.

You'll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team made up of a number of long-serving members, reflecting the consultancy's strong culture and supportive working environment. This role would suit an ambitious Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to join a smaller consultancy where they can take ownership of their work, develop strong client relationships and continue progressing their career within a genuinely people-focused business.

The Chartered Quantity Surveyor's Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
  • MRICS qualified
  • Consultancy experience is essential
  • Experience across the education and/or healthcare sectors is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong technical Quantity Surveying knowledge
  • Confident working directly with clients
  • Ambitious, commercially minded and driven
  • A collaborative team player
