A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for looking after 2 £2 - £10 million Prime Refurbishment/new builds in Surrey/London.

The Contracts Manager's Role
The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting and day-to-day management.
