A small but well-established construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Surrey.
The Quantity Surveyor's role involves covering projects all over London and the southeast of England, delivering a range of sectors including Residential, Industrial, Retail and Education. The Quantity Surveyor will initially be running a school refurbishment and a new build Student Accommodation project, needing to hit the ground running and delivering projects from concept to completion.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
In Return:
