A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for looking after £2 - £10 million Prime Refurbishment/ new builds in Surrey / London.
The Contracts Manager will join a young and hungry team whose desire is to push on and become one of the best Prime Residential Main contractors over the next 5 years.
The company is currently experiencing a flurry of winning multiple contracts alongside an impressive portfolio of jobs. They are a lean, intimate, and strong team, turning over approximately £15 million with over 15 years of experience in the market as a business and more as individuals. They have a great reputation and get to work on some of London and the home counties' finest properties while experiencing good growth.
The Contracts Manager's Role: The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for the programme, design, reporting, and day-to-day management.
