A small but well-established construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Bank Station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in to work on a range of projects including Commercial, retail, Healthcare and Leisure all ranging from as small as £500k to as large as £75m. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
