A market leading building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London, Surrey and the South East is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specializes in high-end/prime refurbishments and new builds and has recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £70 million and are long-standing with a reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work.

Current projects range from £2 million to £50 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East have to offer.

You will be responsible for:

  • Procurement
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Tender and contract documents
  • Final accounts
  • Contracts
  • Valuations
  • Variations
  • Attending professional and client meetings
  • Assigning subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
  • Mitigating commercial risks

Requirements:

  • 5 years + experience
  • Ideally you will have experience of high-end residential projects
