The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.
The company specializes in high-end/prime refurbishments and new builds and has recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £70 million and are long-standing with a reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work.
Current projects range from £2 million to £50 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East have to offer.
You will be responsible for:
- Procurement
- Cash flow forecasting
- Tender and contract documents
- Final accounts
- Contracts
- Valuations
- Variations
- Attending professional and client meetings
- Assigning subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
- Mitigating commercial risks
Requirements:
- 5 years + experience
- Ideally you will have experience of high-end residential projects
- Experience of working for a main contractor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
