An independent Cost and Project Management consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor, with Senior ambitions, as they expand their Central London office, a short distance from Farringdon station.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Supporting an Associate Quantity Surveyor, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work on across a broad range of interesting projects including two theatres, some large scale residential, education, and commercial offices. The successful Quantity Surveyor will provide a traditional cost management / quantity surveying role (pre and post contract) as well as delivering some contract administration and project management services.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Cost Management / Cost Consultancy background
- Good pre contract knowledge
- Enjoys working across an array of projects
- Professional character
