A High End residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team. The Estimator will be joining a supportive culture with an established business - this is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Estimator, who wants to make an impact and help build on continued growth.
The Estimator will join a company with a diverse portfolio of projects, comprising one-off bespoke new builds and prime refurbishments throughout London. The company is an incredibly well-established main contractor delivering projects up to £25 million in the Prime Residential world - they deliver a fantastic product whether that’s a refurbishment or one-off bespoke new build.
The successful Estimator will be working closely with the Estimating director. You’ll hold large responsibility for the Estimating function within the business and look to grow the division out, with time. Ideally, you’ll have a background in High End / Prime Residential markets - if not, a background/experience in the residential market is essential.
Requirements:
- Prime / High end residential experience
- A solid track record of accuracy
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good IT skills
In return: £70,000 - £90,000, Pension, Travel, Bonus, Ability to grow a team, your way.
