A leading property and construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Project Manager to join their established London team.
The successful Associate Project Manager will join a highly established Project Management team, working across a diverse portfolio of development, refurbishment and fit-out projects across both the commercial and residential markets. This is an opportunity to take a senior position within a high-performing team, managing projects from inception through to completion. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including project strategy, procurement, programme management, risk management and contract administration. This business operates across a broad range of property sectors, meaning there is plenty of scope to develop a varied project portfolio.
As an Associate, you'll also have the opportunity to play an active role in client development, mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the London team. This role would suit an ambitious Project Manager who is ready to take the next step into an Associate position, or an established Associate looking for a new challenge within a highly regarded consultancy.
The Associate Project Manager's Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant construction / property discipline
- Ideally MRICS or MAPM
- Strong Project Management experience within a consultancy environment
- Experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle
- Experience across development, refurbishment and/or fit-out projects
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Proactive, ambitious and commercially minded
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
