I am working with a forward-thinking and modern Quantity Surveying consultancy who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Quantity Surveyor will be based in the Central London office near London Bridge and will be offered hybrid working.

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a highly professional construction consultancy who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work. You will be joining a small team of 20 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. As a company, they cover a range of projects including Commercial, High End Residential, Education and Heritage.
The role of the Quantity Surveyor:
The Quantity Surveyor will be working on primarily High-End Residential projects across London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their life cycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or currently working towards
- 4 years Quantity Surveying Experience
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
- Excellent attitude and team player
- Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues
